
Quick & Easy Italian Pork Scaloppine

Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds Pork loin
- 0.5 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 cup White wine
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
Instructions:
- Slice pork loin into 4 pieces and pound each piece until thin.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each piece of pork in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add pork to skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes each side until browned and cooked through. Remove pork to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add crushed garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, letting it simmer and scrape off any bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Return the pork to the skillet, basting with the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley right before serving.
