
Quick & Easy Italian Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- Handful Basil leaves
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook according to packet instructions until al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes are soft and release their juices.
- Drain the cooked pasta, reserving some of the pasta cooking water. Add the pasta to the pan with the tomatoes and garlic, stir well to combine.
- Tear the basil leaves and add to the pan, stir well. If the pasta looks dry, add a little of the reserved pasta cooking water.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta, stir until it melts into the pasta. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with a few more basil leaves. Enjoy your quick and tasty Italian Pasta Snack!
