
Quick & Easy Italian Egg Skillet

Ingredients:
- 4 units Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- handful leaves Fresh basil
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Sauté garlic until it is fragrant.
- Add Italian seasoning and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook until tomatoes start to burst.
- Crack the eggs directly into the pan over the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and Parmesan cheese before serving.
