Quick & Easy Italian Egg Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 4 units Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • handful leaves Fresh basil
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Sauté garlic until it is fragrant.
  3. Add Italian seasoning and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook until tomatoes start to burst.
  4. Crack the eggs directly into the pan over the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and Parmesan cheese before serving.
