
Quick & Easy Italian Chicken Piccata

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Capers
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
Instructions:
- Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
