Quick & Easy Italian Chicken Piccata

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Capers
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
