
Quick & Easy Italian Beef Panini

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Beef Steak
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Tomato
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your panini press or griddle.
- 2. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then grill it for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- 3. Let the beef rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
- 4. Cut your Italian bread into slices.
- 5. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- 6. On the other side of the bread, layer with slice of mozzarella, slices of beef, and a slice of tomato and then top with another piece of bread.
- 7. Place the sandwich on the preheated panini press or on a griddle. If using a griddle, place another heavier pan on top of the sandwich to compress it.
- 8. Grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- 9. Enjoy your quick & easy Italian beef panini while is hot.
