
Quick & Easy Indian-Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 medium size Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- to taste Salt
- for garnish Fresh coriander
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta as per the package instructions until al dente, and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Saute the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent and aromatic.
- Add the chilli, turmeric, and cumin powder to the pan, and stir well for a minute.
- Add the tomato sauce to the pan and mix well. Cook for a while until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and stir until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season the pasta with salt as per taste. Garnish the pasta with fresh coriander before serving.
