
Quick & Easy Indian-Style Beef Curry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger, minced
- 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- for garnish Chopped fresh coriander
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic and ginger, saute till they turn golden brown.
- Add the finely chopped onions to the pan and saute them till they become soft.
- Add the cumin, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt to the pan and mix well.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and stir till the beef is well coated with the spices.
- Cover the pan and let it cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, sprinkle garam masala on top of the curry and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with rice or Indian breads like roti or naan.
