Quick & Easy Indian Spiced Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnish Cilantro (Coriander)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork into small, thin pieces.
  2. Season the pork pieces with the garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Mix well to ensure each piece is well coated.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Add the finely chopped garlic and onions to the pan. Saute until the onions are translucent.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften.
  6. Add the pork pieces to the pan. Cook until the pork is thoroughly cooked and the spices are well integrated.
  7. Garnish with cilantro before serving. Enjoy your quick & easy Indian spiced pork!
