
Quick & Easy Indian Spiced Pork

Ingredients:
- 1 piece Pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 0.5 tsp Ground turmeric
- 0.25 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 2 tbsp Oil
- to taste Salt
- for garnish Cilantro (Coriander)
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into small, thin pieces.
- Season the pork pieces with the garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Mix well to ensure each piece is well coated.
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped garlic and onions to the pan. Saute until the onions are translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften.
- Add the pork pieces to the pan. Cook until the pork is thoroughly cooked and the spices are well integrated.
