
Quick & Easy Indian Rice Snack

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 10 Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- for garnish Cilantro leaves
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Cook until the mustard seeds start to pop.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan. Mix well to combine with the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the turmeric powder and salt. Stir again to evenly distribute the spices.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves before serving.
