Quick & Easy Indian Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams Paneer (Indian cheese)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 each Red, yellow and green bell peppers
  • 1 medium size Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the paneer, onions, and bell peppers into 1-inch cubes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the paneer and vegetables to the bowl and marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
  6. 6. Grill the skewers on the pan, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve the paneer tikka with mint chutney and naan bread.
