
Quick & Easy Indian Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Paneer (Indian cheese)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 1 each Red, yellow and green bell peppers
- 1 medium size Onion
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the paneer, onions, and bell peppers into 1-inch cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Add the paneer and vegetables to the bowl and marinade for at least 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
- 5. Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
- 6. Grill the skewers on the pan, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- 7. Serve the paneer tikka with mint chutney and naan bread.
