
Quick & Easy Indian Masala Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 1 large Onion
- 2 large Tomato
- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- a handful chopped Fresh Coriander
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the package. Drain and keep aside.
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and onions, cook until onions become translucent.
- Add the chopped bell peppers and tomatoes, cook until soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until evenly coated with the spices.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve hot.
