Quick & Easy Indian Masala Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Pasta
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • a handful chopped Fresh Coriander
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the package. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and onions, cook until onions become translucent.
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers and tomatoes, cook until soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until evenly coated with the spices.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve hot.
