Quick & Easy Indian Fruit Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed fruits (apple, banana, grapes, orange)
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 Juice of one fresh lemon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 Chopped green chili (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chop all the fruits and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add chaat masala, black salt, fresh lemon juice to the fruit. If you like it spicy, add chopped green chili.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well until the fruits are well coated with the spices and lemon juice.
  4. Garnish the fruit chaat with fresh chopped coriander.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill for a few minutes before serving.
