
Quick & Easy Indian Fish Pakoras

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Fish fillets
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 0.75 cup Water
- for deep frying Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Clean and pat dry the fish fillets, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
- Gradually add water to this mixture until you get a thick, smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Dip the fish pieces into the batter and drop them into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup. Enjoy your quick & easy Indian fish pakoras!
