Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 Green chili pepper
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- for garnish Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add finely chopped onions and green chili pepper. Fry until onions become soft.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook until tomatoes become mushy and all the spices blend well.
- Break the eggs into the pan and scramble well with the mixture.
- Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and scramble to your liking.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
