
Quick & Easy Indian Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless chicken
- 2 medium size Onions
- 2 medium size Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons Indian curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- optional garnishing Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add finely chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away.
- Add chopped tomatoes followed by the curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well-blended.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Stir well to ensure that the chicken is coated with the spice mix. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the chicken is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
