Quick & Easy Indian Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pasta
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add the chopped onion, green chilies, and garlic to the skillet. Saute until the onions are soft and translucent.
  4. Next, add the chopped tomato and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the tomatoes are mushy and the peppers are soft.
  5. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the skillet. Mix well.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated with the spices.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
