
Quick & Easy Indian Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Pasta
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 medium Green bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
- to taste Salt
- 3 tablespoons Oil
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the chopped onion, green chilies, and garlic to the skillet. Saute until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Next, add the chopped tomato and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the tomatoes are mushy and the peppers are soft.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the skillet. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated with the spices.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
