Quick & Easy Fruit Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Fruits
  • 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Sea Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 stalks Scallions

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the frozen fruits and chop the garlic and scallions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the fruits and stir until they are warmed through.
  5. Add the rice, soya sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
