Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Fruits
- 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste Sea Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 stalks Scallions
Instructions:
- Thaw the frozen fruits and chop the garlic and scallions.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the fruits and stir until they are warmed through.
- Add the rice, soya sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
