Quick & Easy French-style Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add cream, and beat until well mixed.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
  3. Add the beaten eggs to the pan. Let them cook slowly, without stirring, until they start to set around the edges.
  4. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs from the edges to the center. Continue this process until the eggs are softly set but still creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.
