
Quick & Easy French-style Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- to taste Salt
- to taste Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add cream, and beat until well mixed.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
- Add the beaten eggs to the pan. Let them cook slowly, without stirring, until they start to set around the edges.
- Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs from the edges to the center. Continue this process until the eggs are softly set but still creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.
