Quick & Easy French-style Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • A handful Fresh basil leaves
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain and set aside, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start breaking down and releasing their juices. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the tomatoes. Stir until the pasta is well coated in the tomato mixture. If it seems dry, add a little bit of the reserved pasta water.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle over some chopped fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Quick & Easy French-style Pasta!
