
Quick & Easy French-style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Tagliatelle pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- A handful Fresh basil leaves
- 100 grams Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain and set aside, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start breaking down and releasing their juices. Season with salt and pepper
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the tomatoes. Stir until the pasta is well coated in the tomato mixture. If it seems dry, add a little bit of the reserved pasta water.
- Before serving, sprinkle over some chopped fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Quick & Easy French-style Pasta!
