
Quick & Easy French Style Midnight Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
- 3. Add the rice to the saucepan and stir for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.
- 4. Pour in the chicken broth, bring it to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and let it simmer until the rice is cooked and all the broth is absorbed.
- 5. Stir in the parmesan cheese until it melts and blend with the rice. Season with salt and black pepper according to your preference.
- 6. Garnish with the chopped parsley before serving.
