Quick & Easy French Style Midnight Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the rice to the saucepan and stir for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth, bring it to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and let it simmer until the rice is cooked and all the broth is absorbed.
  5. 5. Stir in the parmesan cheese until it melts and blend with the rice. Season with salt and black pepper according to your preference.
  6. 6. Garnish with the chopped parsley before serving.
