
Quick & Easy French Shrimp Tartine

Ingredients:
- 200 g Shrimp
- 1 Loaf French bread
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbs Fresh Parsley
Instructions:
- In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes each side.
- Slice the French bread and toast it in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown.
- Top each piece of toast with the garlic shrimp. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley and serve immediately.
