
Quick & Easy French Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- To taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
Instructions:
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once butter is melted, add the shrimp. Cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked shrimp back into the pan and stir until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with the chopped parsley.
