Quick & Easy French Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • To taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Once butter is melted, add the shrimp. Cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked shrimp back into the pan and stir until they are well coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with the chopped parsley.
