
Quick & Easy French Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pork Loin
- 2 pieces French Baguette
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Sliced tomato
Instructions:
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add the pork loin and cook for about 15 minutes or until it's cooked through.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
- Cut the baguette into sandwich size pieces and spread some Dijon mustard on one side.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing lettuce leaves, sliced pork, and tomato on the baguette.
