Quick & Easy French Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Pork Loin
  • 2 pieces French Baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Sliced tomato

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add the pork loin and cook for about 15 minutes or until it's cooked through.
  3. Let the pork rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
  4. Cut the baguette into sandwich size pieces and spread some Dijon mustard on one side.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing lettuce leaves, sliced pork, and tomato on the baguette.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick & easy French pork sandwiches!
