Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork tenderloin
- 200 ml Red wine
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- to serve French bread
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pot over medium-high heat. Add pork tenderloin and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.
- 3. In the same pot, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the wine, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
- 4. Return pork to pot. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Cover pot and transfer to preheated oven. Bake until pork is no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- 6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with French bread.
