Quick & Easy French Pasta Snack

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • Handful Fresh basil
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Throw in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst, about 3-4 minutes. If you want, you can smash them a little with the back of a spoon.
  4. 4. Turn off the heat and add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together so that the pasta is well coated in the garlicky oil and tomatoes.
  5. 5. Add the fresh basil and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Divide between two dishes, and serve immediately. Bon appétit!
