
Quick & Easy French Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- Handful Fresh basil
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 3. Throw in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst, about 3-4 minutes. If you want, you can smash them a little with the back of a spoon.
- 4. Turn off the heat and add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together so that the pasta is well coated in the garlicky oil and tomatoes.
- 5. Add the fresh basil and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Divide between two dishes, and serve immediately. Bon appétit!
