Quick & Easy French Fish Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 14.5 oz Diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Fish broth
  • 1/2 cup Dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, fish broth, white wine, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the fish fillets to the pot. Cook until fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the stew hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired. Enjoy your quick & easy French fish stew!
