
Quick & Easy French Fish Stew

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Piece Onion
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 14.5 oz Diced tomatoes
- 2 cups Fish broth
- 1/2 cup Dry white wine
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
- Add the diced tomatoes, fish broth, white wine, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the fish fillets to the pot. Cook until fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
