
Quick & Easy French Chicken Croissant

Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Chicken breast
- 2 pcs Fresh croissants
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breast to the pan and season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the centre, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. Then slice it into thin strips.
- Spread the remaining butter and Dijon mustard on the inside of the croissants. Add the sliced chicken.
- Serve hot. Optionally garnish with some additional thyme.
