Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 0.5 cup White wine
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add white wine to the skillet and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for a minute or so until the wine has reduced by half.
- Stir in Dijon mustard and heavy cream. Bring to a low simmer and cook for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the chicken. Let it simmer for a couple more minutes to let the chicken soak up the sauce.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
