
Quick & Easy French Breakfast Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully blended.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook without stirring until the edges start to set.
- Sprinkle the cheese (if using) evenly over half of the omelette.
- Sprinkle the Herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper over the entire omelette.
- Fold the omelette in half with a spatula and let it cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the omelette immediately, accompanied by fresh bread or a green salad.
