Quick & Easy French Breakfast Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook without stirring until the edges start to set.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese (if using) evenly over half of the omelette.
  5. Sprinkle the Herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper over the entire omelette.
  6. Fold the omelette in half with a spatula and let it cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve the omelette immediately, accompanied by fresh bread or a green salad.
