Quick & Easy French Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Boneless beef steak
  • 2 medium Shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Slice the shallots, garlic, and bell peppers into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add the shallots, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the pan and add the soy sauce and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the beef is cooked thoroughly.
  5. 5. Serve the stir-fry hot with a side of steamed rice or fresh bread.
