
Quick & Easy French Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless beef steak
- 2 medium Shallots
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Slice the shallots, garlic, and bell peppers into thin strips.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the shallots, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Return the beef to the pan and add the soy sauce and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the beef is cooked thoroughly.
- 5. Serve the stir-fry hot with a side of steamed rice or fresh bread.
