
Quick & Easy French Beef Breakfast Tartine

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Slices of sourdough bread
- 0.5 lb Roast beef
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 8 pieces Slices of gruyere cheese
- To taste Fresh thyme
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Spread the slices of sourdough with butter on one side and dijon mustard on the other side.
- Place the slices on a hot griddle or frying pan, butter side down.
- Top the mustard side with slices of roast beef and gruyere cheese.
- Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat, season with fresh thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with a side of fresh fruit or mixed green salad for a complete breakfast.
