
Quick & Easy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Chop the green onions and separate the whites from the greens.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the white parts of the green onions and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble them until mostly cooked through, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add the cooked rice and stir to combine with the onions and eggs.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir to combine.
- Continue cooking the rice for a few more minutes until it's heated through and beginning to brown.
- Add the green parts of the onions and cook for another minute.
- Serve the egg fried rice hot, topped with more green onions if desired.
