
Quick & Easy Chinese Style Stir-Fried Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta (any type)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4 stalks Spring Onions
- 2 whole Bell Peppers (assorted colors)
- 2 whole Carrots
- 2 whole Chicken Breast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate sliced chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and black pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- In a large wok or frying pan, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil.
- Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant. Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir-fry until they're cooked.
- Add chopped bell peppers, carrots, and the remaining soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, add the cooked pasta and remaining sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt, garnish with chopped spring onions, and serve hot.
