Quick & Easy Chinese Style Stir-Fried Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Pasta (any type)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 stalks Spring Onions
  • 2 whole Bell Peppers (assorted colors)
  • 2 whole Carrots
  • 2 whole Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Marinate sliced chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and black pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large wok or frying pan, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil.
  4. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant. Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir-fry until they're cooked.
  5. Add chopped bell peppers, carrots, and the remaining soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the cooked pasta and remaining sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Season with salt, garnish with chopped spring onions, and serve hot.
