Quick & Easy Chinese Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Pasta (preferably egg noodles or linguine)
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil (such as sesame oil)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 2 bunches Baby bok choy
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, chop the garlic, red bell pepper, and carrot into thin slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir fry for 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Add the bok choy and continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, followed by the sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are well coated in sauce.
  7. Serve hot straight from the skillet. Enjoy your quick and easy Chinese stir fry noodles!
