
Quick & Easy Chinese Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Pasta (preferably egg noodles or linguine)
- 3 tablespoons Cooking oil (such as sesame oil)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 large Red bell pepper
- 1 large Carrot
- 2 bunches Baby bok choy
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop the garlic, red bell pepper, and carrot into thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir fry for 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Add the bok choy and continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, followed by the sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are well coated in sauce.
