
Quick & Easy Chinese Steamed Fish

Ingredients:
- 1 Whole White Fish (such as Sea Bass or Halibut)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 slices Fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 stalks Green Onions
- 1 Red Chili
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Instructions:
- Clean the fish thoroughly, making sure all scales are removed.
- Place the fish on a plate and stuff the fish belly with ginger and garlic.
- Place the plate in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes, until the fish is fully cooked.
- While the fish is steaming, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, sesame oil, white sugar, chili, and green onions in a bowl.
- Once the fish is done, remove from the steamer and pour the sauce over it.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice.
