
Quick & Easy Chinese Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to the package instructions then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until it starts to brown.
- Add the red chili flakes to the pan and sauté for a few seconds more.
- Add the cooked pasta, soy sauce, chopped spring onions, salt, and pepper to the pan. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
- Serve your quick and easy Chinese pasta snack hot, garnished with more spring onions if desired.
