Quick & Easy Chinese Pasta Snack

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until it starts to brown.
  3. Add the red chili flakes to the pan and sauté for a few seconds more.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, soy sauce, chopped spring onions, salt, and pepper to the pan. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
  5. Serve your quick and easy Chinese pasta snack hot, garnished with more spring onions if desired.
