Quick & Easy Chinese Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds White fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 2 stalks Scallions
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Marinate the fish fillets in soy sauce, ginger, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat up a pan with the sesame oil, then pan-fry the marinated fish until it is fully cooked and slightly crispy on the surface. Remove from heat.
  3. 3. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. 4. Assemble your tacos by placing a portion of the cooked fish on each tortilla, then top with chopped cilantro and scallions.
  5. 5. Serve immediately, with extra soy sauce on the side if desired.
