
Quick & Easy Chinese Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds White fish fillets
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Fresh ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 2 stalks Scallions
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
Instructions:
- 1. Marinate the fish fillets in soy sauce, ginger, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat up a pan with the sesame oil, then pan-fry the marinated fish until it is fully cooked and slightly crispy on the surface. Remove from heat.
- 3. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- 4. Assemble your tacos by placing a portion of the cooked fish on each tortilla, then top with chopped cilantro and scallions.
- 5. Serve immediately, with extra soy sauce on the side if desired.
