Quick & Easy Chinese Fish Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 stalks Spring onions
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the fish into thin slices and coat with cornstarch.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and ginger, cook for a minute or until fragrant.
  4. 4. Then, add in the fish slices, stir-fry until they are half cooked, about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, spring onions, and sliced bell pepper. Continue stirring for another 2 minutes until everything is well-combined and the fish is fully cooked.
  6. 6. Remove from the heat and serve right away with steamed rice.
