
Quick & Easy Chinese Fish Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 stalks Spring onions
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the fish into thin slices and coat with cornstarch.
- 2. Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- 3. Add the garlic and ginger, cook for a minute or until fragrant.
- 4. Then, add in the fish slices, stir-fry until they are half cooked, about 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the soy sauce, spring onions, and sliced bell pepper. Continue stirring for another 2 minutes until everything is well-combined and the fish is fully cooked.
- 6. Remove from the heat and serve right away with steamed rice.
