
Quick & Easy Chinese Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1/2 cup Cooked Ham or Bacon
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs and set aside.
- Chop the green onions and cooked ham or bacon.
- Heat a pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Add the chopped green onions and ham or bacon to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Push the ham and onions to one side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs into the other side and scramble them.
- Add the peas and cooked rice to the pan, stirring everything together.
- Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir again to combine everything.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
