Quick & Easy Chinese Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Ham or Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs and set aside.
  2. Chop the green onions and cooked ham or bacon.
  3. Heat a pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and ham or bacon to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. Push the ham and onions to one side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs into the other side and scramble them.
  6. Add the peas and cooked rice to the pan, stirring everything together.
  7. Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir again to combine everything.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
