
Quick & Easy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Small Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Sliced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- To taste Sour Cream
- To taste Guacamole
- To taste Salsa
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into thin strips and cook over medium heat in olive oil until no longer pink.
- Add taco seasoning and a small amount of water, then stir until chicken is well coated.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the seasoning is thickened.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Stuff the tortillas with the seasoned chicken and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
