Quick & Easy Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 pieces Bell peppers
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Thinly slice the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and fry until no longer pink. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables have softened.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, add the soy sauce, and stir until all ingredients are well-combined.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
