
Quick & Easy Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Bell peppers
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Thinly slice the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and fry until no longer pink. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables have softened.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add the soy sauce, and stir until all ingredients are well-combined.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
