
Quick & Easy Breakfast Pasta Scramble

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Fusilli Pasta
- 4 whole Eggs
- 6 strips Bacon
- 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stalk Spring onion
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain, then chop into small pieces.
- In the same pan, add the olive oil and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta, chopped bacon, and shredded cheese to the pan. Stir well to combine, allowing the cheese to melt and coat the pasta and eggs.
- Slice the spring onion and sprinkle on top as garnish. Serve immediately.
