Quick & Easy Breakfast Pasta Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Fusilli Pasta
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 6 strips Bacon
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stalk Spring onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In the same pan, add the olive oil and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, chopped bacon, and shredded cheese to the pan. Stir well to combine, allowing the cheese to melt and coat the pasta and eggs.
  5. Slice the spring onion and sprinkle on top as garnish. Serve immediately.
