
Quick & Easy Breakfast Noodles

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Ramen Noodles
- 2 units Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 4 Stalks Green Onion
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions:
- Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, then drain them and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the canola oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until they become fragrant.
- Crack the eggs into the pan, and scramble until they're mostly cooked.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the vegetables and eggs. Stir everything together until the noodles are heated through.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles, and toss everything together once more. Serve hot.
