Quick & Easy Breakfast Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Ramen Noodles
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 4 Stalks Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions:

  1. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, then drain them and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the canola oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until they become fragrant.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan, and scramble until they're mostly cooked.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the vegetables and eggs. Stir everything together until the noodles are heated through.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles, and toss everything together once more. Serve hot.
