
Quick & Easy Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Beef sirloin
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 whole Bell peppers
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- to serve Cooked white rice
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and soy sauce, and marinate the beef in this mixture for 5 minutes.
- Mince the garlic and cut the bell peppers and onion into strips.
- Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until it is fully cooked, then remove it from the wok.
- Add the remaining vegetable oil, then add the garlic, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for approximately 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked beef back into the wok, drizzle with sesame oil and stir well to combine.
- Serve the stir-fry hot over white rice.
