
Quick & Easy Beef Skillet

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 medium Bell Peppers
- 1 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink.
- Add the garlic, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the canned diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Simmer the mixture uncovered for about 10 minutes, until it thickens.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, cover the skillet and turn off the heat. Allow it to sit for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot with a side of your choice.
