Quick & Easy Beef Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Bell Peppers
  • 1 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add the garlic, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir and cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the canned diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer the mixture uncovered for about 10 minutes, until it thickens.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, cover the skillet and turn off the heat. Allow it to sit for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
