Quick & Easy Barbecue Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Boneless pork shoulder
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 12 Slider buns
- 24 Pickle slices
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and place in a large pot.
- 2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour this mixture over the pork, stirring to coat all the pieces.
- 3. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
- 4. Use two forks to shred the cooked pork. Mix well with the sauce in the pot.
- 5. Divide the shredded pork among the slider buns, top each with two pickle slices, and serve immediately.
