Quick & Easy Barbecue Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 12 Slider buns
  • 24 Pickle slices

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and place in a large pot.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour this mixture over the pork, stirring to coat all the pieces.
  3. 3. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
  4. 4. Use two forks to shred the cooked pork. Mix well with the sauce in the pot.
  5. 5. Divide the shredded pork among the slider buns, top each with two pickle slices, and serve immediately.
