Quick & Easy American Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Spaghetti
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Can of tomato sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until it’s no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic to the pan and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the can of tomato sauce, stir well, reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. When the spaghetti is done, drain it and add it to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your quick & easy American spaghetti!
