Quick & Easy American Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound White fish fillets
  • 8 Small tortillas
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flaky.
  3. 3. Break up the cooked fish into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat, turning regularly until they are heated through.
  5. 5. Mash the avocado with the juice of the lime and a pinch of salt.
  6. 6. Spread the avocado on the warmed tortillas. Top with the fish, cilantro, and any additional toppings you prefer.
