
Quick & Easy American Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound White fish fillets
- 8 Small tortillas
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
- To taste Salt
- To taste Ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions:
- 1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flaky.
- 3. Break up the cooked fish into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat, turning regularly until they are heated through.
- 5. Mash the avocado with the juice of the lime and a pinch of salt.
- 6. Spread the avocado on the warmed tortillas. Top with the fish, cilantro, and any additional toppings you prefer.
