
Quick & Easy American Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients:
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 , diced Green bell pepper
- 1 , diced Onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet or non-stick frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced green bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit until it begins to set, then start to stir and scramble the eggs.
- When the eggs are almost fully cooked, add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until fully melted and combined.
- Serve the scramble hot with toast or fruits on the side. Enjoy!
