Quick & Easy American Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 , diced Green bell pepper
  • 1 , diced Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet or non-stick frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced green bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit until it begins to set, then start to stir and scramble the eggs.
  5. When the eggs are almost fully cooked, add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until fully melted and combined.
  6. Serve the scramble hot with toast or fruits on the side. Enjoy!
