
Quick & Easy American Breakfast Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White fish fillets
- 1 packet Taco spice mix
- 4 medium Tortillas
- 1 medium Avocado
- 1 medium Lime
- a handful Fresh coriander
- to serve Sour cream
Instructions:
- Preheat your frying pan over medium heat. Coat the fish with the taco spice mix.
- Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, slice the avocado and lime, and chop the coriander.
- Warm the tortillas according to the package instructions.
- To assemble the tacos, place a portion of fish on each tortilla, then top with avocado slices, a squeeze of lime, a sprinkle of coriander, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
