Quick & Easy American Breakfast Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White fish fillets
  • 1 packet Taco spice mix
  • 4 medium Tortillas
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 medium Lime
  • a handful Fresh coriander
  • to serve Sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your frying pan over medium heat. Coat the fish with the taco spice mix.
  2. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork.
  3. While the fish is cooking, slice the avocado and lime, and chop the coriander.
  4. Warm the tortillas according to the package instructions.
  5. To assemble the tacos, place a portion of fish on each tortilla, then top with avocado slices, a squeeze of lime, a sprinkle of coriander, and a dollop of sour cream.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
